Shipping policy

Shipping rates, including packaging costs, refer to shipments via the DHL courier, used by Tommaso Starace, www.parresiart.com, for Product delivery.

Shipments are covered by ParresiArt against damage or theft, and all shipments are traceable.

In the case of international shipments for non-standard-sized and/or weight art pieces, or to unusual and hard-to-reach destinations, the shipping cost may not be visible at the time of purchase. In such cases where payment cannot be made, we recommend contacting us using our email contacts to arrange shipping and payment. Within two working days of receiving your request, we will contact you by phone or email to advise and discuss the delivery of your order.

Upon receiving the goods delivered by the courier, the Customer, before accepting the package, should check the integrity of the packaging in front of the courier. In case the packaging shows tampering, damage, and/or more or less visible bumps or is wet, or if the courier refuses to wait for his check, the Customer must sign by affixing the wording "with control reserve" on the transport document, paper or digital. This will allow us to initiate a dispute procedure against the courier.

Orders for products available on the site, unless otherwise specified, are automatically considered accepted under the conditions proposed on the site and will be processed after receiving payment (in the case of payment by bank transfer, refer to the conditions specified in Section 23 - Payments).

The preparation and delivery times expressed on the site are always understood as working weekdays (excluding Saturdays), are purely indicative, and subject to change. Preparation for delivery times starts from the moment of payment or from the moment of receipt of the credit.

The process of preparing products (prints, quality controls, dedications, assembly, framing, packaging, etc.) for the delivery of unique original, rare, or reproducible works usually takes place within 15 working days from receipt of payment.

The times calculated on the product page refer exclusively to the times for the preparation of the product itself for shipment (preparation of the product by ParresiArt or third parties and delivery to the express courier) and do not include actual delivery times (understood as the actual delivery by the courier to the Customer). Usually, courier delivery times to the customer vary from approximately 2 to 4 working days for Italy, from 3 to 5 working days for Europe, from 5 to 7 working days for the rest of the world, excluding any customs delays.

In any case, Tommaso Starace, www.parresiart.com, can never be held responsible for delay or non-delivery. Delivery will be made to the address indicated at the time of the order and as specified by the Customer. The information provided at the time of the order binds the Customer; in case of a typing error in the name and/or address of the recipient, Tommaso Starace, www.parresiart.com, cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver the ordered Products.
